About Warp Notes
Warp Notes is one product made by a small company. Not a platform, not a suite โ an app that turns forty seconds of talking into a filed, searchable record of what happened at a customer.
Why it exists
Every CRM ever built assumed the person using it would sit down and type. Outside sales reps don't sit down. They finish a call, walk to the truck, and drive to the next one โ and the fifteen minutes of data entry waiting for them at nine at night is the reason so many pipelines are fiction by Friday.
The fix isn't a better form. It's not needing one. So the whole product is built around a single motion: tap once, say what happened, and let the software do the filing, the summarizing, the follow-up dates and the map pin.
We asked before we built
Before the field-sales half of Warp Notes existed, this site had a page describing it as though it already did โ territory maps, routes, prospecting, a shared book of business โ to find out whether reps actually wanted those things or whether we just thought they should.
They did. So we built them, and that page now just says so. It's a small thing, but it's how the whole product gets made: the features that ship are the ones someone driving a route asked for, and the ones nobody asked for don't get built because they'd look good in a comparison table.
What we've chosen not to do
A short list, because it says more about a company than a feature list does.
- No background listening, ever. The app ships without the iOS background-audio capability on purpose โ a commitment made to Apple in review, not a preference we could quietly reverse later.
- No push notification server. Reminders are scheduled by the phone. It costs us a feature or two, and it means there's no server-side record of what you're being reminded about.
- No ads, no analytics brokers, no selling data. The only revenue is subscriptions.
- No annual lock-in, no seat minimum, no retention call. Cancelling takes about ten seconds and happens in the app, because a product that has to trap people isn't finished.
- No editing while offline. The one place we deliberately refuse convenience โ two reps editing one account from two dead spots is how a shared book quietly corrupts itself.
Who you're dealing with
Warp Notes is made by Appomatix LLC. It's small enough that when you email support, the person who replies is the person who writes the code โ which is the honest trade you're making: no 24/7 support desk, and no ticket queue between you and someone who can actually fix it.
