Warp Notes ("the app") is a voice-note organizer made by Appomatix LLC — personal by default, shared with your team on Warp Notes Business. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Using the app

You need an account to use Warp Notes. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the content you record. Don't use the app to break the law, to record people without the consent your jurisdiction requires, or to attempt to disrupt the service for others.

Free and paid plans

Free trial. New accounts get a 14-day trial with 60 minutes of recording and notes up to 15 minutes each. The trial includes Warp Notes Business features.
Free plan. After the trial: up to 3 notes per day, each up to about 2 minutes. Reading, searching, and exporting everything you've already captured stays free — limits only apply to recording new notes.
Warp Notes Pro. Up to 250 voice notes and 600 minutes of recording per month, notes up to 15 minutes each, and unlimited "ask your notes" answers.
Warp Notes Business. Everything in Pro, plus shared team workspaces: shared categories your team records into, company cards, territories with auto-assignment rules, and team seats. Recording into shared workspaces requires a Business subscription or an assigned seat.

Team workspaces (Warp Notes Business)

Seats. A Business subscription is priced per seat ($30 per seat per month in U.S. dollars). The workspace owner buys seats and assigns them to team members; seat count can be changed at any time and takes effect through your billing portal.
The workspace keeps its data. Content recorded into a shared workspace — notes, companies, contacts, places — is visible to the workspace's members and stays with the workspace if a member leaves or is removed, like files on a shared drive. Personal categories always remain the member's own.
Owner responsibilities. If you run a workspace, only invite people you're authorized to bring, and understand that you administer the team's shared data — membership, seats, territories, and assignment rules.
Members. By joining a workspace you understand that notes you record into it, and your email and display name, are visible to its members (see the Privacy Policy).
If a Business subscription lapses, shared workspaces become read-only until it's renewed. Nothing is deleted — reading, searching, and exporting stay available.

Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

Price. Warp Notes Pro is $8.99 per month or $59.99 per year; Warp Notes Business is $30 per seat per month, in U.S. dollars.
Where you pay. Subscriptions are purchased on the web through our payment processor, Stripe — not through Apple. Apple is not a party to your subscription and does not process, refund, or manage it.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and your payment method is charged the then-current price for your then-current seat count, until you cancel.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage in the app, which opens your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law, but if something went wrong, email us — we'd rather sort it out than argue about it.
Price changes. If we change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to a renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Your content

Your recordings, transcripts, and notes are yours. We don't claim ownership, we don't sell them, and we don't use them to train AI models. We process them only to provide the app's features, as described in our Privacy Policy. Content you record into a shared workspace is shared with that workspace as described above. You can delete individual notes or your entire account at any time in Settings → Delete account & all data.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app running well, but it's provided "as is" without warranties, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change over time. Warp Notes is not a medical, legal, financial, or emergency service — don't rely on it for anything where failure would be harmful.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appomatix LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your access

You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if required by law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
